PerfectOpalDreams specializes in the sale of natural Australian opals and other related gemstone jewelry.
All products are described and photographed as accurately as possible.
However, due to the natural uniqueness of opals and differences in display screens, variations in color, brightness, and pattern may occur.
These variations do not constitute a defect.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

6. No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final.
Due to the unique and natural characteristics of opals, returns, refunds, and exchanges are expressly excluded.
Exceptions are made only if required under mandatory German consumer protection law (BGB) in cases of defective or wrongly delivered items.

If a product arrives damaged, the customer must notify us in writing within 1 days of receipt, including photographic evidence.

Every opal sold by PerfectOpalDreams is guaranteed to be genuine and ethically sourced.
We do not sell synthetic or imitation opals.
Upon request, a Certificate of Authenticity may be provided for selected stones.
